Norwich International Airport, often referred to as Norwich Airport, offers a number of scheduled and charter flights to various UK and European destinations - as well as serving as a base for helicopter flights to North Sea oil and gas platforms.

For many years the site of Norwich Airport was an RAF base - RAF Horsham St Faith. The base was converted to a civilian airport in the late 1960s and has served this purpose ever since.

Today, it handles around 500,000 passengers per year in addition to freight and private flights. It has one runway and one terminal and in summer, charter flights operate to popular holiday destinations all over Europe.
