Scatsta Airport is located around five miles from the Sullom Voe oil terminal in Shetland and approximately 25 miles from the Shetland capital, Lerwick. Shatsta is used to supplement the capacity of the main Shetland airport, Sumburgh Airport, and plays a special role in serving the offshore oil industry.
