Sunbury-on-Thames is a town in Surrey, situated about 16 miles south-west of London. It is home to around 30,000 people and is part of the London commuter belt, with regular rail links to central London and good access to the M3 and M25, which run within a few miles of the town.

Sunbury's history dates back to the 10th century BC – Bronze Age cremation urns have been found in the area. The town has remained populated ever since and today is home to a number of large businesses, as well as a sizeable residential population.
