Wareham is a historic market town in south Dorset. Home to around 6,000 people, it is eight miles from Poole, the nearest major town. Wareham is a walled town and its location at the western end of Poole Harbour gave it strategic importance as a defensive position on the route inland.

Much of Wareham was rebuilt in 1762, following a major fire. The result is attractive Georgian architecture, with many buildings having been built using local Purbeck stone. Van hire is available from local hire branches within the town. A full range of standard van types is on offer:
