{"id":3907,"date":"2012-10-23T07:19:26","date_gmt":"2012-10-23T07:19:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vanrental.co.uk\/vanblog\/?p=3907"},"modified":"2012-10-23T07:19:26","modified_gmt":"2012-10-23T07:19:26","slug":"164-vauxhall-vans-four-years-zero-faults","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vanrental.co.uk\/vanblog\/archives\/3907","title":{"rendered":"164 Vauxhall Vans, Four Years, Zero Faults"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_3909\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3909\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3909\" title=\"Vauxhall Combo long wheelbase FPS Distribution\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vanrental.co.uk\/vanblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/vauxhall-combo-long-fps-sm.jpg\" alt=\"Vauxhall Combo long wheelbase FPS Distribution\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-3909\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">One of FPS&#39; long wheelbase Vauxhall Combo vans<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Automotive parts distribution company FPS recently added 35 new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanrental.co.uk\/info.php?inforef=small-van\">small vans<\/a> to its fleet, but what interested me most was the reliability record of its existing fleet of Vauxhall vans, which is outstanding.<\/p>\n<p>Stuart Collett is FPS Fleet Manager:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe are very pleased to add 35 more Vauxhalls to our fleet,\u201d said Stuart Collett, Fleet Manager at FPS.\u00a0 \u201cWe currently have 164 Vauxhall vans including a fleet of Vivaros and 10 cars which we have used for the last four to five years without a single fault.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Vauxhall is only one of the brands used in FPS&#8217; 390-strong fleet, but with a reliability record like that, it isn&#8217;t surprising that the company is adding more of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanrental.co.uk\/luton\">Luton<\/a>-based manufacturer&#8217;s vans to its fleet.<\/p>\n<p>FPS has just taken delivery of 35 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanrental.co.uk\/vanblog\/archives\/2513\">Vauxhall Combos<\/a> to add to its parts delivery fleet, which services 2,500 motor trade clients. The new vans are all painted in FPS\u2019s distinctive peppermint green and are long wheelbase L2 models with ply lining.
