Hamilton, in Lanarkshire, is a large town in the south west of Scotland. The M74 motorway runs directly to the town and the town is home to a number of major financial services companies and their UK call centres.

The Hamilton Park racecourse is also a major attraction, drawing thousands of visitors to the area for its major events and generating substantial business as a conference and event venue.
