About London Leytonstone

Leytonstone is an area of suburban north-east London that was once part of the county of Essex but today lies in the Borough of Waltham Forest. It has a long history and Leytonstone High Road was once the Roman Road from London to Epping Forest - an important regional route.

Today, Leytonstone's good transport links continue thanks to its underground and railway stations and its close proximity to the start of the M11 motorway and the A406 North Circular Road. Nearby Stratford, Walthamstow and Ilford offer further connections and the area is densely populated and home to many commuters to central London and towns further out.

There is at least one local van rental branch in Leytonstone, offering a typical selection of vans for hire:

  • Medium vans - e.g. Ford Transit Custom, Vauxhall Vivaro, Renault Trafic, Volkswagen Transporter
  • Small vans - e.g. Vauxhall Combo, Ford Transit Connect, VW Caddy
  • Large / long wheelbase vans - e.g. Mercedes Sprinter XLWB, Ford Transit LWB, Renault Master
  • Luton vans & box vans (3.5 tonne / 3.5t).
